Technically, you don’t. You already have all the inner wisdom you need inside of you. However, you may not know how to access it or apply it in your life. I can help with that! Together we will explore specific tools and techniques to help you tap into your strengths and find specific action steps to help you move toward where you want to go. I also have personal experience with feeling hopeless, stuck and overwhelmed. I’ve been overweight; I’ve been addicted to drugs. I’ve walked through grief and loss, relationship endings, self-sabotaging behaviors, confusion about career/life path, loneliness, resentments and issues with food and body-image. I am a work in progress, and I love to share with others all that I’ve learned and experienced along the way.
We all need support, especially if you really want to change your life. In my experience we also need discipline and accountability. I am here to cheer you on, and provide a steady dose of encouragement and loving structure. If that sounds appealing — then you might just need me.
Nope. Sessions can be held in person here in the Los Angeles area but it is not a requirement to be physically in the same city or state. For those who are local- we can even do our sessions while out for a walk, hike, sitting on the beach or over tea at a cafe. Phone, FaceTime and Skype sessions are available to all- and that makes it pretty darn easy to fit a session into your week.
Most clients have a one-on-one call or in person session 4 times per month. In months with 5 weeks, this gives us a little freedom, and some extra time for you to integrate learning. I highly recommend this structure to maximize the benefits of coaching through consistency for at least 3 months. After that, depending on your needs the number of sessions per month can vary. During the sessions, we discuss what challenges and/or blocks have been standing in the way of progress or achieving goals and how to shift challenges into opportunities for learning and growth.
Then, we create action-steps to follow that will assist you in anchoring your learning while making meaningful changes.

Not a all. In fact, in working with a skilled coach you will discover that there is nothing “wrong” with you –even if you (mistakenly) think so! Maybe there may be areas of life that you’d like to improve or refine. We all need a little help sometimes, and the coaching relationship can help you clarify your intentions and then focus your attention in a productive, results oriented way. It is never too late to engage in your life differently. You can start doing your part to create the life you’ve always wanted. You don’t have to have a “problem” to learn more about setting and accomplishing goals, enhancing relationships or developing a healthier lifestyle.
Personal coaching (Life Coaching) is designed to assist you in identifying and releasing whatever is standing in the way of achieving whatever it is you want.
