Together we will explore specific tools and techniques to help you tap into your strengths and find specific, targeted actions to help you move toward where you want to go.
There were years when I felt hopeless, stuck and overwhelmed. I have felt utterly alone and without direction. I’ve been overweight; I’ve been addicted to drugs. I’ve walked through grief and loss, relationship endings, self-sabotaging behaviors, confusion about career/life path, and I’ve felt consumed with resentment and anger.
I didn’t know how to get focused and take effective action on my own. When I was ready to change my life, to learn a new way of living, I sought professional help where I learned that discipline and accountability were essential to the process of change. I love to share with others all that I’ve learned and experienced along the way.

Nope. Sessions are held in person when possible here in my Santa Monica office. I also offer “walk and talk” sessions where we meet for a stroll near the Pacific Ocean. This is a great way to amplify your Self care… getting exercise, fresh air, and therapeutic connection all in one. Phone, FaceTime and Skype sessions are also available- making it easier to fit a session into your week.
Coaching clients have a one-on-one call or in person session 2-3 times per month for a minimum of 6 months. Consistency and structure are vital components to the efficacy of the coaching experience. After the initial commitment, number of sessions per month can vary. During the sessions, we will examine and celebrate your efforts. We will also discuss what challenges and/or blocks are impeding your ability to follow through or progress; eventually leveraging those challenges into opportunities for growth.
Then, we will collaborate on specific action-steps to follow that will assist you in anchoring your learnings while making meaningful changes.

Not a all. In fact, in working with me, I hope you will discover that there is nothing “wrong” with you –even if you (mistakenly) think so! There may be areas of life that you’d like to improve or refine. It’s likely your beliefs about yourself and the world need updating. The coaching relationship can help you clarify your intentions and then focus your attention in a productive, results oriented way. It is never too late to engage in your life differently. You can start doing your part to create the life you’ve always wanted. You don’t have to have a “problem” to learn more about setting and accomplishing goals, enhancing relationships or developing a healthier lifestyle.
Personal coaching (Life Coaching) is designed to assist you in identifying and addressing whatever is standing in the way of achieving what you want. We can focus on what you want to HAVE, what you want to DO, or the way you want to BE. A coach provides the loving support, encouragement and structure that serves you best.
