Individual psychotherapy sessions are generally face-to-face in the Santa Monica location.

Rates are $180 per 50-minute sessions.

I do not accept health insurance at this time, but I can provide a super bill for you to submit.

Sessions might be booked for a longer duration (when indicated) or at an alternate rate for families and couples.

Sliding scale rates may be offered based on financial need.

Depending on your goals therapy may short-term (10-12 sessions) or long-term, usually meeting1 time weekly for as long as you’d like.

All coaching options include access to email support in between sessions + encouraging messages delivered to your inbox to inspire and motivate you

• personalized assignments and homework between sessions

• absolute confidentiality and a safe, sacred environment where you are fully accepted and free to explore issues, patterns and heartfelt desires.

Option A… sessions do not roll over to the next month and must be completed in this sequence

This is series of sessions that takes place within a 3-month period of time.
10 total coaching sessions (60 minutes ea.)

Month one = 4 sessions 1x/week
Month two = 3 sessions
Month three = 3 sessions

You can purchase options B and C one month at a time. I highly recommend doing 3 consecutive months to begin.

After that, you can choose to continue one month at a time, taking time to integrate and implement your learnings at your own pace.

Option B …all sessions are via phone or skype and must be used within a 30 day period

4 coaching sessions (60 minutes ea.) per month / usually scheduled weekly

Option C …all sessions are via phone or skype and must be used within a 30 day period

2 coaching sessions (75 minutes ea.) per month / scheduled every other week

Perfect for you if you aren’t ready for a long-term commitment or just looking for a little encouragement!
Individual 60-minute session to get MOTIVATED, inspired, get unstuck and unfunked!
Focus on the habits in your daily life so you can implement small, but specific, purposeful changes.
Use it as an occasional tune-up or as a springboard to your next level of success.
