Awaken, transform, grow
"Feelings like disappointment, embarrassment, irritation, resentment, anger, jealousy, and fear, instead of being bad news, are actually very clear moments that teach us where it is that we're holding back. They teach us to perk up and lean in when we feel we'd rather collapse and back away. They're like messengers that show us, with terrifying clarity, exactly where we're stuck. This very moment is the perfect teacher, and, lucky for us, it's with us wherever we are."
-Pema Chodron
Psychotherapy is designed to assist you in resolving the conflicts and issues you are dealing with while becoming more Self-aware.
The process includes updating any misunderstandings you might be holding about the world and yourself.
Working together I can help you gain insight and implement practical strategies to adjust/interrupt the patterns that are not serving your highest potential.
My role is to support you and provide non-judgmental feedback as you move in the direction of your goals.
I work primarily with successful, high-functioning high-achievers who are seeking optimization, more balance, a deeper sense of well-being and more purposeful ways of engaging in their lives. I specialize in making spiritual/transcendent concepts more accessible and applicable to daily life.
I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in the comfort of my office as well as at Gateway Clinic in Santa Monica.
Ketamine is legal and safe. The treatment is specifically customized based on symptoms, needs and intentions. All ketamine sessions are medically supervised. We can use various routes of administration and the experience itself can vary from gentle to psychedelic.
KAP is a holistic modality that can serve to catalyze changes in perspective and mood while supporting deep psychological breakthroughs and enhanced neuroplasticity. It can be really helpful in getting unstuck - and also can be used to work with emotions/parts of Self, like shame, that can be too painful to address in an ordinary state of consciousness.
